The new bilingual Montessori school Autonomous is seeking a passionate and bilingual Montessori teaching assistant to join their dynamic and constantly evolving work environment. The assistant will be responsible for supporting the educators in implementing the Montessori program for children ages 3 to 6 and 6 to 9, and promoting their overall development in a bilingual environment.

Exigences

Required Skills:
  • Experience with a group of children aged 3 to 11
  • Knowledge or interest in Montessori pedagogy and nature-based education
Desired Profile:
  • Passionate about your profession and enthusiastic in accompanying each child daily towards autonomy while respecting their rhythm, immediate needs, well-being, quality of learning, and taking into account the constraints of the group.
  • Possess strong listening, dialogue, and kindness skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in using non-violent communication and conflict management.
  • Team player
  • Display rigor in your professional practice
  • Ability to adapt and take into account daily realities in organizing the class and specific profiles of certain children.
  • Willing to reflect and continually improve your practices in the context of overall consistency of the educational project.
